Products are fine and as expected.
We received minor brittles in some candy during transportation.
In general we were not satisfied of the product for the price paid and decided not to continue.
Sakuraco though charged us ahead of time for renewal, we cancelled, but they refused us a refund, even though they have not yet processed or shipped anything.
They accepted the cancellation but they can only offer credit for a future purchase (any kind of purchase) from their store.
If we knew that they run such kind of a business we would never have tried them.
We cannot imagine what their response we would have been if something went wrong with the boxes…
It is only now that we realized we are not alone with this cancellation but no refund policy of theirs that leaves a bad taste unfortunately.
