Brilliant service. I placed order and didn't receive any update for about 5-6 days. (I blame amazon for making next day delivery so easy) so 6 days seems like a long time! So i sent an email asking where my order is - in fairness they immediately rectified the issue and sent the good within the next 2 days. Happy with products and we are always more forgiving when companies own their error and make the effort to fix them. And to top that the product is brilliant and the price is reasonable.
