Irish Flute was delivered, but there was a piece of the flute that had detached. I immediately contacted Scottish Kilt to determine a solution and they offered to send a replacement. That was on December 11th. Today is Jan. 1 and there has been NO replacement received. The only correspondence has been that they are out of stock and will send one when available. This was to be a Christmas gift for my grand daughter. I am very disappointed.
