Outstanding customer service with a personal touch. I ordered a stand-sit desk from Shape as they were one of the view companies which offered smaller sizes. The desk arrived promptly but unfortunately, the tabletop had a few marks on the side where it wasn't handled with care by the courier. However, the company replaced the tabletop quickly with next-day delivery. Very happy with my desk, which is excellent quality and very happy with the customer service I received. Can only recommend this company.
