I tried the Mag R&R and cannot honestly give a review. I started with 2 capsules a night. It left me sluggish and sleepy until afternoon of the following day, so I tried 1 capsule a night for two weeks. I found very little relief from the leg cramps and still felt half drugged all the time. I have since learned I have other dificiencies I was not aware of so I'm discontinuing use of the Mag R &R. No fault of the product. My doctor is recommending it to a couple of her other patients. She thinks it will help them. Sorry it didn't work for me. I have recommended it to others with sleep problems. I appreciate the assistance and the promptness.
