I tried Salt Wrap a few months ago, but then went to a combination of other quality vitamins and herbs. However, my RLS was getting significantly worse. So, I thought I'd try Salt Wrap again and have been very pleased - my symptoms have improved to almost none when I began with three capsules a night for a little over a week. Now I am using two capsules per night with the same improvement. I was impressed when I read the types of Magnesium used - it is much higher quality and less irritating to my digestive system, than another product I tried. Thank you, Salt Wrap - I had reached the point where I thought I might need to consult my doctor about a prescription, which was very scary because of the side effects of the drugs available.
