your website password reset never works. it shows an error. absolutely terrible.
repeat customer extremely frustrating. then when I call in, they reset it no problem but it's got to be some crazy long password.....why can't I just use my password that I use for any other online accounts??!??! one I can remember
(And yes, I know how to reset it once i'm logged in....but I have to use 1 character, 1 number, 1 etc etc.....f ing user unfriendly.
