Perfect install. Five years later, no problems. Saleswoman was super knowledgeable. Gave great advice and explained options on designing the shutters. Types of openings, etc. Installer (owner) came with a fully stocked tool kit on his waistband. He had everything within reach. Did a job like a true professional, taking pride in his work. Our experience was so positive we asked for business cards to give to our neighbors while their homes were being built. Would recommend them.
