Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and helpful. They take a while to finally arrive but were worth the wait. I would have given an excellent as a review except for fact that I cannot properly open my windows to clean the outside of them because of the sizing of the shutters. This wasn’t realized till after installation and I went to wash them. Very disappointed at that aspect but otherwise the whole experience was a positive one and I do love the shutters
