I bought three items how ever there is one of them not in stock. I got any notification and the remainning two have benn already shipped. Seens I have to purchase more than EURO150 to free the express cost, if change another item or change the size is also okay for me.
I think you should be better inform if any cases casused, anyway your refund is fast and free for the shipping this time.
Anyway I am satisfied of this experience, but can be better in the next time.
