They've lost our delivery and refusing to admit that it's missing. We ordered 2 months ago, we received an email saying it was dispatched with a tracking link that contains no information. The delivery company have no record of the item and everytime we ring customer service they just tell us they'll look into it and call us back, which of course they never do. If i hadn't ordered from them in the past I'd presume the website is just one big scam.
