Terrible Service and Unacceptable Delays – Still Waiting After 1.5 Months! I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered from this company over a month and a half ago, and I'm still waiting for my goods. The website claims that delivery will take 10-12 business days, but that has not been the case. The delivery was delayed, and on top of that, DHL messed up the process, which only made things worse. To make matters worse, their customer support is abysmal. They take forever to respond to any inquiries, and when I did finally hear back, there was no real solution offered. I requested compensation for the inconvenience, but they refused to give any kind of compensation... This whole process has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Terrible service, terrible delivery times, and zero accountability.
