Sklum has zero Customer Service in the UK. The number provided is not available to call, if you call in another counther they provide zero help. After 3 weeks they have sent my order, which is completely wrong. They sent chairs which were half the price that I originally paid and had to pay for shipping from the UK. They are now not responding to any of my claims. I have tried to select "Wrong item" and it showed that it was submitted, but when clicking on it again it didn't work. I had to end up filing a return claim, but still not response. This is a terrible service and I am most certain they will make you pay for return of products.
