I have ordered 2 products, we have received only one. We bought 1 month ago and the second item does not arrive yet, we have no information at all and we have entered an incident in the website, but not information about as well. I paid more than 30 euros for the delivery and the service is not worth it. The most frustrating is not having a real customer service, only bots replying the same thing over and over.
