An absolute disgrace.
We honestly can’t believe it: we’ve received the same table twice, broken in the exact same spot. It literally feels like they just sent us back the same defective table. And the worst part? It’s not the shipping company’s fault, as they tried to make us believe — the products are clearly leaving their warehouse already damaged.
We’ve written to them several times, trying to prevent this from happening again, begging them to take care, to notify the courier… but it’s been a total waste of time. We’ve been incredibly patient with this company, but enough is enough.
And this isn’t an isolated incident: this is not the first broken item we’ve received. We already had to replace this same table once, and now it has arrived broken again in the exact same place. A headboard arrived split in half, and the nightstands also came damaged.
Every time a Sklum item arrives, our home turns upside down — unpacking, moving things around, reorganizing, waiting days… all for nothing. Back to square one. This has been a frustrating, exhausting and deeply disappointing experience.
We will never buy from Sklum again, and we absolutely do not recommend it.
