I purchased a Lantern LITE Openview which I must say I am extremely happy with. However when the item was delivered it was so well (and tightly) packed that I had some difficulty unpacking it. In the process of unpacking I accidentally nicked the cord. I actually contacted Skylightblinds twice to get a replacement cord. Both times I was told that a package had been posted. To this day I have never seen either of those packages. I ended up ordering some blind cord from good old Amazon got it the next day and got the blind fitted. In short blind 5*, customer service 0*.
