Excellent service from start to finish, Steve secured the deal on 2 honeycomb fully opening motorised blinds by beating a price I’d already optioned elsewhere and even threw in an extra for free, from ordering I had the blinds delivered within 3 weeks the two blinds took me around 2 hours to install following the installation video. I thought I had an issue with one blind a day later as it stopped working I called out of hours and left my details and within 30 mins I had a call from Naomi who ran through the troubleshooting process to which I’d found I hadn’t connected the battery wire fully so I can say with confidence from sales to after care the service was excellent and the blinds are top quality. Would happily recommend skylight blinds direct to anyone.
