Good Service Phone sent 24 delivery. Phone arrived on time but unfortunately had a faulty ear speaker. Spoke to customer service and returned the phone, Was given an option to have a full refund or an equivalent replacement. Opted for the replacement. New phone was sent the same day that they received the faulty one back by next day delivery. Spoke to Tim in customer service who kept me updated on the process and arranged my postage refund. Replacement phone was of the same grade as the first one I ordered pristine condition. Pleased with the service I received I’ve just ordered a iPhone 13 as well from them.
