Ordered a iphone 14 Pro max been waiting for delivery. Poor customer service lack of ownership and communication. Received email last week saying will be dispatched Monday gone. Still awaiting for confirmation of dispatch. Been told today that they are behind may get Tuesday next week.
Been advised of a small goodwill gesture but will have to see if I get it as others also offered but hadn't received theirs.
Only continuing to wait due to the good price of the phone.
