Chapped bottom lips run in my family. I can't remember not chewing my bottom lip, rubbing the dead skin off or exfoliating frequently. This does help and provides wonderful relief without the waxes! Very silky with no unpleasant taste. I keep one on my side table by my recliner and another in my bathroom for convenience.
