Love the shopping experience, I was able to find the information pretty easy. I had a student discount in the beginning. It was easy to apply it and the respons that it was accepted was within 6 hours. So that was really qiuck. I had some problems with the installation (sounddriver was in a blocklist). I contacted support centre and they took the time to solve the problem with me. We had a lot of contact within a time period of 3 weeks. But the problem wasn't solved so they offered a team view to look together for the problem. After a teamviewer session with Zane my contact person within Sonorwork the problem was solved within 10 minutes. I was so happy that the didnt give up on me and kept in contact. I was so happy that I changed my student account in a full account because now I can use the plugin on several devices. Thank you so much sonarwork! Shout out to the support centre because without them I was still having problems with the plugin. Thank you for not giving up on me and keeping in touch untill the plugin worked!
