I have used Chichester Hearing Centre ( a part of the above) for some years now for maintenance of my aids and de-waxing. Recently I felt the need to upgrade my aids to the latest version as I was not hearing at all well with 10 year old aids. I have to say that it would be extremely difficult to find a more helpful, professional and friendly service than I have received at CHC. From the initial contact through reception managed by Lorri to the professional side run by Dr Maegan there is no aspect less than excellent and above any expectation one might have. If I sound over-effusive it is merely that every aspect of the service meets any expectation and one can feel totally comfortable that the best and most appropriate solutions are being developed for you. All this is done within a friendly, harmonious environment, what more could one ask for. The attitude and professional knowledge is first class and reception is so well managed that one almost wants to revisit just to enjoy the experience.
