This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The dress that was advertised and ordered is NOT what we received. It was supposed to be gold and black, it arrived being iridescent and covered in large, oversized, tacky glitter when it was advertised as a nice, shimmer underlay. I contacted customer service immediately and followed all instructions as according to their return policy. They have since offered to make me a new dress but at a cost to me and then encouraged me to resell the dresses for money. (Their words) I have fought with them and explained that I didn't want the original dress I received and definitely don't want a new dress from them. We have since had to purchase another dress locally as the event came and went without them making right on their mistake. Save yourself from throwing your money away to a disgusting, scamming, sorry excuse for a "company". I do not understand how they are still able to have a website up and a so-called business when so many people have been scammed. This is heartbreaking to see happening to so many people. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. However, if you are a person that likes to just give money away, maybe choose a more deserving charity than this scam...
