Dear Mr. and Mrs Intintoli: My wife, Janice and myself visited your store in late September to find a runner that could be installed in the upstairs hall and connected to the stairs and the first floor hall. With the help of Jeanie, we found the runner needed to be ordered. The expected delivery was early November. We were notified that the installation would take place on November 5th. Chris came to our home and started the first floor installation. This required mitering corners in three places. On that first day he completed the first floor and the stairs. On the second day he completed the stairs and upstairs hall. Every corner turn was perfectly created and attached to the oak floor. All corners were sewn, which made it look as if the corner was manufactured in that fashion. I know Chris takes pride in his work and he demonstrated that pride in our installation.
