Very pleased with the purchase, the phone staff were easy to talk to and helpful when questions were asked about cutting the cladding and putting the items on the wall. The cladding arrived on a pallet and was well wrapped - no damage. The Universal Tile Adhesive was easy to mix up and to apply. The cladding has been up on the wall approx. 3 - 4 weeks and everything is perfectly okay.
