In my recent search for a G9 Original Harrington Jacket, Dark Red, Size 46, I discovered that Stuarts London featured competitive pricing on the item. Remembrance Day (Veterans Day here in the US) was approaching, so I then inquired about whether Stuarts London offers a military discount on their product line. Emma promptly replied, and she graciously confirmed that such a discount would be available to me in conjunction with my military service. Once I was able to complete the ordering process, I immediately discovered that the item that I ordered was the wrong size, 44 versus the 46 that I intended to purchase. I then sent an email alert to Emma that included my request for her to ensure that the order included the correct size. Emma confirmed the order correction within hours of my request being transmitted to her desk. My order was placed late 18 November, it was processed through London on 19 November, and it was delivered to my door in Alabama, USA, the afternoon of 23 November. I was most pleasantly surprised. As for the merchandise the fit, finish and dark red color of my new G9 are all top-notch and exactly as I had anticipated. As a side note, I was amused to find attached to the zipper tab a printed product data tag that included "PETROL" as the color choice versus the correct Dark Red.
