Item arrived via FedEx in Portland, Oregon all the way from London within two or three days of ordering. Shipping was free. Item itself is top notch, and the discount is impressive (~$600 isn’t cheap, but the raincoat sells for $950 on the Aquascutum website).
No complaints. Did not have to contact customer service so cannot comment on that, but was pretty blown away by how quickly the item arrived. And for free. Nicely done.
