I booked a holiday which is due to fly out on the 25th September to Spain. I contacted Sunshine in July to start the process of changing my holiday till next year. They asked for further info which I provided and I to date have not hard anything. One of our passengers is registered disabled, one has severe asthma we cannot travel. Also with the current quaratine in place on arrival back to the UK we cannot do this. We have tried to send messages with no response, tried contacting them on social media with no response and even tried to call and we get hung up on. I understand there is a crisis currently, however, fingers crossed this may not go on forever and you should look after the customers you do have currently. The way you have handled the whole situation is shocking. I still to date have had no further contact apart from an email asking for my next payment. Appalling service.
