We are meant to be arriving at our hotel in 6 days time. It has actually completely closed down and Sunshine Holidays has just taken the final balance out of my account anyway.
I cannot get through to them on the phone, have had no reply to my emails.
I just want to change hotels (to one that is open!) or get a refund but it is impossible to get in contact
