Following up from review which i left 2 weeks ago.
Having got sick of waiting, i decided to call EasyJet and ask them the status of my refund. I was allowed to do this as whilst my booking was made via SunShine I did book some flight extras (Select seats) directly with EasyJet so wanted to know the status of my own refund also.
I was advise the refund was completed July 15th - Almsot 4 weeks ago. They read of the ending of the cards they used to refund too and the amounts..
They confirmed my own card number for my direct select seat purchase and a card number not recognised to me they obviously refunded my flight element of my holiday too.
How can it seriously take 4 weeks to refund the money to me once they have had it back from the Airline?
It's a total joke. I have tried using there messaging app in manage my booking but it's totally pointless. They have just setup standard, automatic responses and then close your message down.. if you then open it up and respond to it they just ignore you.
It's an absolute joke.
furthermore i do start to question the validity of this review's sitedata.. i don't accept the 4.77 average rating? Go look at trustpilot..
Sunshine are a joke. I want my money back - which you have had for weeks - stop blaming the airlines - it's your stuff to sort out
