Had to give 1 as couldn't give 0. Booked short break, after I hit payment button do I then get told everything is unconfirmed. Next day I get a phone call saying it's unconfirmed because airline have increased the return flight price by £700. I stated as far as I knew when I hit pay button everything is done. But no, their systems aren't live and this is normal. It's not, I've booked holidays online for many years and this is not the case. After trying to argue the point their agent hangs up on me. This has left me with no opportunity to find somewhere else as Portugal is rapidly selling out due to covid 19. They is called misrepresentation of advertising and mis-selling of goods to which I'm now in the process of starting a legal case against them, you picked the wrong person. These companies struggle through lockdown but as soon as it's possible go back to their greedy ways in messing people around. Cheers Sunshine and On The Beach, I shall now start to put this out to as many social media outlets as possible and will never give them any of my custom again. Please don't bother replying 'im sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our service, blame covid and we're learning' rubbish, the honest answer is you failed through greed and abysmal customer service.
