I cancelled my holiday to Spain on the 9th August. This company said the cancellation fee was £250. Because I paid £60 deposit I was due £190.
Since then 2 payments were taken of £144.67 together with £46.27, and then another payment of £143.67. That amounts to £593. They are stealing from our bank accounts. I am absolutely fuming and have contacted the fraud dept at our bank.
We have booked over 3 holidays a year with them for a fair amount of years. But no more wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole now.
There’s no way to get in contact with them which is very frustrating.
