Booked to go to Egypt on 14/09/2020. We received an email to say it had been cancelled and that that will refund the hotel but will take sometime to refund the flights with no date in site.
They could of put us on the Wednesday flight but never opted to do this. I sent them email and had no response. I sent them a letter special delivery signed for to their finance director of finance asking for the money back within 14 days. No Reply!!! I have taken the matter to the small claims court. They have not responded to that!! so what was almost £450 is now going to cost them £900.
I get the covid-19 thing and things change but not to get in touch with you or reply back is insulting when they have your money.
