Just after I had ordered I realised that a replacement toothpick was available for my much treasured Victorinox Hunstman, bought for me by a wonderful lady over thirty years ago. A quick phone call to your customer services and the lady I spoke to took payment for the replacement toothpick and arranged for the items to be posted out together. Your colleague also provided details of a company who ship knifes back to Victorinox for servicing for a very reasonable price. The Huntsman is due some TLC as it's served me so well for many years. The Rescue Knife is a great bit of kit and the glow in the dark element is not only extremely practical for night operations but has a real 'wow' factor.....it's like magic 😀 Keep up the great work Swiss Store
