We booked this cottage as a family and after weeks of left to be booked and to check sticking to covid rules they decided to cancel our stay last minute. Also then to top this off they refuse to refund, absolutely disgusting. I am not sure how they think can do this? If you had of had a problem with how many people which you would have seen at time of booking you should have refused booking. Not now cancel last minute and try take our money.
Will be reporting you as I can see you were already investigated last year by CMA!!!
