Cottage unfit for purpose unless you want to thoroughly clean before your holiday starts. Sykes call centre were patronising by recommending taking cleaning products with you - really? Does that include spare bedding when stated it was provided - I call the line on mould spores on the sheet due to the cottage being left empty in freezing cold weather - BUT out of a negative experience (again) we made a positive decision - Never to use Sykes again.
