Awful uncaring customer service. Arranged a big family holiday a year in advance in a large Sykes property and paid deposit. Then after doing my own research found the property had been put up for sale and Sykes had “ forgotten to let me know” sitting on a huge deposit
Only when I called to let them know my findings did they release my deposit!!
