e booked a week at booking.com. Up to 4 weeks I had, due to personal circumstances, to cancel the booking. No refund, no voucher, nothing... The total booking of E 537 was gone
They might have suggested to book another week, a voucher, we got nothing... just a headache of the amount we paid and was vanished like that
