Customer service poor. Told to seek small claim against the owner (booking 8-15 September), as they had refused to reimburse us for having no bathroom light for 6/7 nights, no light around hot tub area, no instructions for using oven, microwave, fire etc.
It seems that Sykes are always going to be on the side of the owner, as they make them money. We have used them many times previously with no issues, but this last experience at Sion Lodge, Belbroughton in Worcestershire means we won’t use Sykes again!
