Finally they are seeing sense and paying out. Be careful, do not accept credit notes, keep insisting that the contract has been frustrated - I've been at this since begining of April and today received news that they are paying out in full.
So go on take heart and keep emailing requesting refunds - It is the law of the UK - no if - No buts!!!!!
