Superb customer service... you actually speak to a real person! I called to ask a few questions and spoke with Tina (who is now my account manager), she was extremely helpful and explained what I needed to know.
Setting up the account was really simple and straightforward. The answering system appears very good and the price is great (the reason I swapped from another company to Take My Calls)
