I was quite concerned when there no update to my order and over a week had passed. I had seen a large number of very negative reviews online regarding this company and poor customer service and delivery times. I contacted them (via email and on the phone, although it was quite difficult to get through). However, after speaking with them I was given an explanation of the delay and an update, and subsequently the shower arrived two days following. I have not connected it yet so cannot comment on the product but I was relieved and pleased with the outcome of the contact.
