I purchased a Bambu Labs P1S Combo which was sent very quickly. I had some trouble getting good prints from the machine and after trying the Bambu Labs help desk with no real support I contacted Technology Outlet who were very helpful and sent me files to try. Despite their help I was unable to get the quality of printing with PETG that I get with my Prusa Mk4 so contacted Technology Outlet who agreed to return it. I dont know if I was unlucky and received a faulty model or if it sacrificed quality for speed but it did not work for me. However while trying to get it working I was fully supported by Technology Outlet who couldnt have been more helpful and I would gladly buy from them again.
