I purchased a Granpad last weekend. It was with me within a few days. As advertised it was straightforward to set up. I then delivered it to the care home where my 91 year old father is a resident. Due to COVID I am currently not allowed in the care home, and have not seen my father for many weeks. One of his carers took the Granpad to his room, flipped the lid and pushed the call button and I was able to see and speak to dad. We have spoken daily since, he is easily able to make the call to me. So firstly thank you for designing a product that allows me to keep in contact with my father and secondly the follow up support you have given since the Granpad arrived has been truly amazing...so again a big thank you to the whole team.
