Absolute sh!t show of a company, keep getting told 14 days for my refund, then told 5 days....still no sign, rang back up and was met with the rudest reply as to why its still not been returned and told they couldn't give a time frame (not that they stuck to that any way!!). Never a manager around and I don't know what other route to take!!
