Sofia was extremely helpful and I had a very good experience with her. She was the perfect example of EXCELLENT customer service and showed no reluctance or hesitation in securing our holiday. We called up a previous company and the adviser sounded so depressing over the phone unlike Sofia who was happy, cheery and friendly.
