First, I would like to say that you had me with the webinar you put out and describe the way you put your team together and publish. I didn't do it because I really don't have money to spend on it right now. Ok. This video is informative and leaves out one thing that is important to the person who gets upfront money. They will be asked by the publisher to pay back the money if they don't sell any books. That's important to know if you get this loan that you will have to pay it back. The video moves very slow, as if you were talking in slow motion. I speeded it up to 1.5 and it seemed about the right speed. It's a long video and you could share the same information with 9 less minutes to explain. You sound like you are defending in "frustration" borderline angry explaining. Instead you could explain the value and benefits for choosing to pay. I respect what you do for people that want to publish a book. Many blessing to you and your staff.
