Great Chilies this year!!! Best year ever. 75 pounds and only three substandard chilies. They were plump, meaty and so much flavor!! This is the best mail order company if you don’t live in NM. Their other products are excellent as well. I buy the jars of red chili and enchilada sauce often. If you don’t have a roaster like I do, you can’t go wrong with their frozen products.
