My 91 yr old mother does not like the hearing aids. Trying to reach the company for a refund is a joke! Over 2 weeks ago, 4 emails and no response. Of course, they DO NOT have a phone number to call them to request a return. Would not even give them one star, but have no other options! Order #30891
