I gave 4 stars because of the very good Customer Service, always stayed in touch with Email. I would have given 5 stars if Aids performed as advertised. I returned the aids within the 60 days and Called 1st., they sent my authorization immediately, returned in same Packaging and refund appeared in Accout within days as promised
